Registration instructions
• To register, go to the Online Registration System and fill out the form;
• Those with an Honorable Mention during the XXXIII FeSBE Annual Meeting (2018) and the XII FeSBE Regional Meeting (2018) must register normally and then send an email to fesbe@cwyeventos.com.br requesting exemption of the registration fee;
• Membership fees will only be paid by those who are in compliance with their Scientific Societies;
• Scientific and Post-graduate students (Masters and Doctoral students), laboratory technicians, postdocs, must prove their condition by sending the following documents: Institution statement, student card, employee’s card or monthly payment name of the registrant.
• All speakers must pay the registration fee.

Return Policy for Cancellation of Registration
Requested between 26/03 a 31/05 – Return of 70% of the registration fee.
Requested between 01/06 a 31/07 – Return of 40% of the registration fee.
Requested between 01/08 a 15/08 – 20% refund of the registration fee.
From the 16/08 there will be no return.
Note: In no case, there will be transfer of the registration fee to another participant.
